In recent times, our business has responded to a discerning market demanding that the quality of food items given as gifts to celebrate festive seasons should be bespoke, preferably handmade, grown and made in Australia

An opinion that 'less is more' when selecting quality is rapidly growing. Commercially produced hampers, for instance, filled with imported and nutritionless food items also available from supermarket shelves are often lacking in imagination, presentation, over priced, and moreover, under valued by recipients

We developed a range of handmade food products to deliver to all parts of Australia for company’s staff and clients as Christmas gifts

Batch By Batch is where all of our food items are handmade dedicated to working with the finest ingredients, sourced, where possible, in Australia and handmade in our own premises

Heading up our team
Principal of the parent company Impressions Cake Design Pty Ltd trading as Batch by Batch is Jennifer Maait. Apart from her hospitality management training, Jennifer has 15 years experience in the art of cake decorating and now produces the yummy delights of the Batch by Batch products. Her love of food and decorating experience flows through in the product range, so not only do they look amazing, it all tastes amazingly too.

Our production is based in Dural NSW, and we supply to local stores in Sydney, as well as our seasonal pop up stores in Castle Hill, Macquarie Centre and occasionally in Northern Sydney locations
